Shiv Shankar Menon has tied to explain the finer ponts of this incomprehensible conundrum of a nuke deal by way of applying Newton"s Third law .

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TEST, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO REACT.

What does that actually mean. Let us analyze.

1. Does India have a right to test a nuclear device and is that right  recoganized by USA?

Well the answer to that has to be YES. If the answer is NO then obviously India has bartered away the right to test.

2. If the answer is indeed Yes, then to what event does USA have a right to react? Please dont say TESTING OF Nuclear Device!

Any Explanation ?

Well you see there are three options in the world of diplomacy.

YES!…….No!……………..andMaybe???????????????????????????????????????

All I can say is that

It is only when you do something illegal that anybody has a right to react against that act. So either your act is illegal or the reaction against it is . What say you Shiv shankar Menon.
